A characteristically dark forest honey, varying from dark amber to caramel according to the variety of eucalyptus the nectar is collected from. Mild and aromatic, with a toffee aftertaste, it is an excellent accompaniment to cheese, pastries and herbal teas. We love it with pancakes! Because of its eucalyptol content, it has long been used in remedies for respiratory problems.
